Core testing equipment
CENCARB relies on professional testing capabilities and a complete range of air filter testing equipment, including activated carbon H₂S adsorption testers and filter pressure drop testing systems, to evaluate and optimize the key performance of chemical filters and various air filters. Our testing process complies with U.S. standards, European standards, and ISO 16890 requirements for air filter performance evaluation.

Sample Making & Test
Produce samples based on drawings; conduct tests for filtration efficiency, airflow resistance, airtightness, and dimensions; customer performs on-site installation and acceptance testing.
Raw Material Preparation
Prepare materials such as activated carbon, metal frames, sealants, and protective mesh.
Mass Production
Automated pleating to increase filter media surface area → frame bending and assembly → multi-layer media lamination → PU integral seal molding; process various filter elements according to standards.
Finished Product Inspection
Re-inspect dimensions, appearance, filtration efficiency and sealing integrity; ensure every product meets customer requirements.
Packaging & Shipment
Individual moisture-proof packaging and pallet reinforcement; neutral export packaging available.
